12 Days of Light

Greater Copenhagen is proud to announce the launch of a new international lighting event in the 2018 calendar.

The concept of 12 Days of Light is the collection of  lighting events in Copenhagen & Malmö, which kicks off with Lighting Day (‘Lysets Dag’) in Copenhagen on the 12th of September, and finishes with the urban lighting concept :byLIGHT in Malmö – with a lighting conference and living lab visits in between.

Lighting Day, (‘Lysets Dag’) 12th
Lighting Day is a key date in the annual Danish industry calendar, and brings together everyone with professional interest in light. The day offers a conference with speakers from home and abroad, exhibition of new lighting technology and projects and networking.

Lighting Metropolis conference 13-14th & living lab visits, 12-14th
Presenting and sharing three years of work by all our partners to launch a world-leading living lab for innovative urban lighting, including guided tours to a selection of the lab’s demo projects.
